CF vacuum bellows are suitable for pipeline connections in various low vacuum and high vacuum environments. The flanges at both ends of the bellows are CF knife-edge flanges. The connection method is to add oxygen-free copper gaskets of suitable specifications between the two CF knife-edge flanges to be connected, which is conducive to connecting and sealing bolts and nuts of corresponding specifications to lock the two flanges. CF vacuum bellows are sealed with oxygen-free copper gaskets, which can withstand high temperatures and ultra-high vacuum environments.
